Great knot to strenghten your grip at the end of the cunningham or for tugging the boat. Never use at the end of the sheets !!!
Step 1 - Make a slipknot where you want the handle to start.
Step 2 - Put a loop through the loop of the slipknot (from underneath).
Step 3 - Continu putting loop through the loop (from underneath).
Step 4 - Put the end through the last loop (from underneath).
Step 5 - Untie the end to release the entire grip in one go.
